1. Shipping rates and information

- All our orders are shipped from France, except for the Gift Certificates for the Cinq Mondes Spas of Monaco and Brussels.

- As deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm, we recommend you give as a delivery address your workplace or any other address where you are likely to be during this time.

- Orders are processed and sent during working days (from Monday to Friday, except for national holidays). If you would like same-day shipment, your order must be placed, verified and confirmed before 10am (French time). After this deadline, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

- Delivery costs concern each parcel sent. An order may only be made to a single postal address. If you would like to send the same order to several addresses, you must create a separate order for each of the addresses concerned.

- Orders made via www.cinqmondes.com can be delivered in mainland France (including the Principality of Monaco and Corsica), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia.

2. Tracking

You can check on the current status of your order 24/7 by going to your account page under the My Orders heading.

To track delivery of your order, use the registration number given for your parcel under the My Orders heading and enter it on the tracking page of the chosen carrier
